I am based in Ipswich Suffolk and hold a food hygiene rating of 5 stars – the highest standard.  I also have my certificate in food safety and hygiene for catering level 2. 

My passion for baking came out of the blue, during lockdown.  I made cakes and cupcakes for family and close friends; I loved the feeling of bringing a smile to their faces!  So, I decided to turn it into a business.  I work very hard, put a lot of time, effort, and research (I am self-taught) into everything I create.  So, if you are after a celebration, novelty or just an everyday cake, I really look forward to chatting to you soon.
